I’ve created this program because after years of working with individuals new to the gym I’ve seen the same mistakes happen time and time again. Currently many of the programs on the market are geared towards intermediate and advance gym goers, but what we see are beginners jumping into these programs setting themselves up for failure and risking injury.
My program is designed to take a new individual and guide them workout by workout and week by week till they reach their goal. My goal is not only to get you to a health goal, but to also give you the knowledge and tools to progress you for the rest of your life.
