The beginning of a healthy new u! It all starts with the foundations.

Welcome to the first week of a healthy new u. This week is all about the core foundations. Understanding the muscles and gaining the knowledge necessary to achieve your goals.

The first week is designed to give you the basics and the core exercises necessary to build a solid foundation. Many programs will try to incorporate exercises much too advance for a beginner and what ends up happening is there are a ton of compensations made to try to complete the exercises. When compensations and poor form happen you risk having immediate injuries or sustain injuries over a long time due to not activating the proper muscle groups.

We will go over each workout, each exercise, and which muscle groups are to be targeted that week. If there are any questions please use the forum to clarify before you attempt to complete.
